You may explore these sacred locations in depth with our Sri Lanka Ramayana Yatra. Join us to experience the timeless glory of Ramayana Leela.

Day 1 – Visit to Chilaw & Transfer to Anuradhapura

  • Arrival & Transfer to Chilaw
  •  Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, guests will be transferred to
    Chilaw (approx. 1.5-hour journey).
  • Visit Munneswaram Temple
  • A significant Ramayana site where Lord Rama prayed
    to Lord Shiva after defeating Ravana
  • Lord Shiva blessed Rama and instructed him to install
    Shiva
  • Lingams at five sacred places to cleanse the
    Brahmahatya dosham (sin).
  • This temple is one of the five sites and holds deep
    spiritual importance.
  • Visit Manavari Temple
  • The first site where Lord Rama installed and worshipped a
    Shiva Lingam.
  •  The Lingam here is called Ramalingam as it was personally
    installed by Lord Rama.
  • This makes it a key stop on the Sri Lanka Ramayana Yatra.
  •  Transfer to Anuradhapura
  •  After the temple visits, guests will be driven to Anuradhapura
    (approx. 3-hour journey).
  • Evening: Arrival in Anuradhapura.
  • Check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Anuradhapura to Trincomalee

  • Morning: Explore the Anuradhapura Ancient City
  • Check out from the hotel and proceed to visit the Anuradhapura Ancient City.

Day 3 – Trincomalee to Kandy
(via Dambulla & Matale)

  • Morning: Trincomalee Exploration & Check-out
  •  After breakfast and check-out, guests can explore

  • Transfer to Kandy
  • Begin the scenic drive to Kandy with key stops en
    route.

Day 6 – Nuwara Eliya to Kataragama
