• At Maha Tirtha Yatras, we recognize that unexpected circumstances can occur. Below are our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:
• Cancellation Procedure: Devotees wishing to cancel their reserved services must submit a written cancellation request, clearly indicating the reason for the cancellation.
• The request should be appropriately signed and sent to our registered office or emailed to our official email address.
• A cancellation will be deemed effective from the date and time the written request is received by us during business hours.
•  Requests submitted on holidays or non-business days will be handled on the following business day.
• Refund Guidelines: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the following schedule:

          15–29 days before the yatra/service date                                50% refund         

          7–14 days before the yatra/service date                                  25% refund         

          Less than 7 days before the yatra/service date                        No refund          

•   All refunds may be subject to deductions for any non-recoverable expenses already incurred on your behalf (such as travel arrangements, accommodations, permits, etc.).
• Non-Refundable Circumstances
• Refunds will not be issued for :   Cancellations made within 7 days of the yatra or event.
• No-shows or failure to attend the yatra without prior notification.
•  Voluntary withdrawal during the yatra/service for personal reasons.
• Refund Processing Duration: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• Exceptions and Force Majeure:  In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other uncontrollable situations, we reserve the right to: Postpone or reschedule the yatra, Offer partial refunds or credit notes based on the situation
• Make decisions on an individual basis, always prioritizing fairness and the welfare of our devotees.
